Kooks frontman Luke Pritchard has toldNME that the UK quartet are hard at work on their third album, and plan on an early 2011 release for junk of the heart. Recording in New York and London, the band brought in producer Jim Abbiss, who is also responsible for the extremely British works of Arctic Monkeys and Editors. Suffice it to say, this probably won’t be sounding like American folk-rock.
